Hotel Rules
- 1. If you have previously travelled, we will require you to issue your covid certificate upon arrival. Housekeeping will only be offered 5 days after arrival.
- 2. All housekeepers will wear a mask and gloves during housekeeping
- 3. If a tenant chooses to stay in the apartment during the service, the housekeeper may continue their duties while maintaining a 6ft physical distance from the occupant. All parties must remain masked during this time
- 4. The tenant/ guest must remain masked until the housekeeper has completed their work and exited the apartment
- 5. If the guest is not comfortable wearing a mask, they will be asked to remain in an alternate and closed room that would be excluded from that days cleaning service
- 6. Tenants will be given the option to vacate the residence during the time of cleaning services, however, the scheduled times for cleaning would remain during the business day and would not be narrowed down to tenant selected time frame.
